Poetry (and other stuff)
When I’m not a poet, novelist, or writer of short stories, I’m a writer of creative non-fiction exploring Self, Food, Society and History.

My first novel, Quench and Wendy in the Land of Shovan, an epic fantasy, was published in 2018. Since then I have been a regular contributor to several web publications. I am currently working on a volume of poetry and researching my next novel, a WWII thriller based on true events.
For my day job, I'm a technical writer, writing highly technical documentation for running computer systems and programming software.
I was born in Jerusalem, Israel, but grew up in Britain, spending my formative years in Chingford, now part of the London Borough of Waltham Forest. I spent many a long hour tracking and observing the wildlife in Epping Forest, and spent whole summers fishing along the banks of the River Lea; landscapes that still have a major influence on my work.
I live in the town of Rishon LeZion, Israel, with my wife Lucie. I have two adult children, Adi and Ohad.
